Lisa Watts, LCSW


As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Lisa has worked in the public and private sectors of mental health care including four years of service as the Executive Director of a non-profit community mental health organization in Midtown, Atlanta. Her research interest is the intersection of emotional intelligence, sexuality and mental health. 

Lisa is a Doctoral Candidate of Psychology, a sex educator and sex therapist.  She is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), the International Society for the Scientific Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality (SSSS), and the Society for Sex Therapy and Research (SSTAR).


Lisa has been trained traditionally as a social scientist with graduate level training in human sexuality and spiritually integrated psychotherapy. Utilizing a growth oriented approach, Lisa works with her clients to maximize personal and relational awareness. She works with individuals (male & female 18+) and couples in the following areas:

  • Pregnancy/motherhood/parenting support
  • Infidelity (individuals only)
